Refund and Return Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy — Kelas AI Bisnes (Face-to-Face)

1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made for tickets to the AI Business Class event are final and non-refundable once the order is successfully completed. This includes all ticket tiers (Early Bird, Standard, Last Call) and applies regardless of cancellation, absence on the event day, or change of mind after purchase.

2. Rescheduling Instead of Refund
If you are unable to attend the scheduled event, you may request to transfer your ticket to:

  • Another person you nominate, or
  • A different future session of the same class (subject to seat availability).

Reschedule requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp at least 72 hours before the event date. Any request made later than this may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Reschedule
To request a transfer or reschedule, please contact our admin team by:

Your request should include:

  • Order number
  • Full name on the ticket
  • Reason for rescheduling
  • Proposed new session / new attendee name (if applicable)

4. Important Notes

  • Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and may not be guaranteed if the event is fully booked.
  • All policies are subject to change at our discretion. Any updates will be posted on the website and communicated via email.
